We enjoyed our stay with the family, especially the free access to the water park, perfect for the kids. The hotel was close to the airport. The continental breakfast was good and got us off to a good start.
My kids wished there were more activities for families.

We already know the hotel from previous bookings. Good location to the airport.
Shuttle bus only every 60 minutes. Every 30 minutes would be desirable, we had to order a taxi early in the morning. Internet was quite weak at the end of the corridor room 025 and 026. The water in the shower was dirty? Rust in the pipes??

Our flight was delayed, but our airport shuttle service was still there to pick us up at 2am. We were very impressed and relieved, as the hotel is definitely not walking distance to the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again.

The room I booked was extremely pleasant and nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and slippers, for instance as expected. The location was comfortable for walking around Water Park Otopeni. The staff was professional and customer-facing and delivered good service.
